Commissioning Notice of Large Nitrogen & Oxygen Generators

Large nitrogen & oxygen generators have to be transported lying down because of their huge volume. In this case, the CMS (or ZMS) in the adsorption tower is inclined to lean to one side in addition to the jolt on the way. As a result, the compaction device will lose its function and lead to the molecules sieve chalking in the running (the same with the active carbon filters).
In order to avoid this, following items shall be specially noticed during the commissioning,
1.The cover of the adsorption tower (or active carbon filter) shall be opened and make sure that the flow distribution plate is not slant and the molecules sieves do not go down within the first 1~6 operation hours while commissioning.
(1)Refill in the molecules sieves when it is evidently down.
(2)Make sure the distribution plate is well-rounded and is not stuck.
(3)Mesh-wire and coco mat shall be replaced immediately if they are too small to cover the molecule sieves.
2.The molecule sieves shall be checked again after 3 months running and the third time one year later.
3.The distance of height limitator shall be among 40~50 mm from the top of sieve to ensure that the sieve alarm is sensitive.
4.The equipment conditions shall be tracked in time.
5.For some large active carbon filters, sieve alarm is recommended to install in order to find the problem as soon as it happens.
Training like above shall be conducted to customers so that they can do the examination and trouble shooting by themselves in case of emergency.
